Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on most items in their original, unopened factory packaging. Special-order and electrical parts are non-returnable.
To start a return, contact our parts team with your order number. A return authorization is required before shipping any item back.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
